WARRANTY POLICY: 

Beyond Earth Co. Lifetime Warranty: Premium Waterproof Cases.

Congratulations on your purchase of a Beyond Earth Co. premium waterproof case! We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products that are built to last. That's why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty that covers your case for as long as it remains in use, defined by the lifetime of the product.

Coverage and Terms:

1. Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty protects you against any defects in materials or workmanship. If your case exhibits any defects that impair its functionality or performance during the lifetime of the product, we will gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
2. Normal Use: Our cases are constructed using durable materials designed to withstand everyday use and outdoor adventures. Our warranty covers issues arising from normal use, such as broken zippers, stitching defects, or other hardware malfunctions. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damages caused by normal wear and tear*** (i.e., zipper and velcro wear)
• Damages resulting from improper use or care (i.e., No Lubricant maintenance, storage in hot environment, airlines, washing machines, dyers etc.)
• Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product
  
  

Terms:

*Lifetime – This term refers to the normal lifespan of the product and it’s materials. Please note that while only the very best materials go into our products, all materials degrade over time due to use and exposure to the elements. A product’s actual “lifetime” is directly related to how the item is used and cared for not necessarily its age.

**Defect - A defect exists if a new item is received from Beyond Earth Co. that does not function or appear as it was intended to. Defective items (buckles, fabrics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are absolutely covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

***Wear and Tear - This term refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts such as buckles, zippers, velcro,trims and pullers can wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time. This type of damage is not considered a defect but normal use.

Making a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated customer support team via email Support@beyondearthco.com. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.
2. Evaluation and Resolution: Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty process. In some cases, we may request that you send the case back to us for evaluation. Once we confirm the eligibility of your claim, we will repair or replace the case and ship it back to you promptly.
3. Return Shipping: If you are required to send the case back to us, you will pay for shipping to us and we will pay for shipping back to you. Please ensure that the case is appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Please note the following exclusions and limitations to our lifetime warranty:

1. Third-Party Products: Our warranty only covers Beyond Earth Co. waterproof cases and does not extend to any third-party products or accessories.
2. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any unauthorized repairs or modifications performed on the case will void the warranty.
3. Consequential or Incidental Damages: Beyond Earth Co. is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost or damaged contents, personal injury, or any other indirect losses.
4. Proof of Purchase: To avail yourself of the warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
